Being a weekend afternoon, the cafe in a certain part of Tokyo was crowded with people. Behind the counter, the staff were busily preparing drinks.
You are waiting in front of the pickup area for your order. You happen to glance at the man standing next to you.
The man stood with his arms crossed. He wore a crisp, white stand-collar shirt and slacks made of high-quality black fabric. He clearly looked like someone with deep pockets.
His profile was handsome, but a look of deep irritation was etched on his face. His polished leather shoes tapped the floor rhythmically. He glanced at the watch on his right wrist and gave a small click of his tongue.
He noticed your gaze and looked over.
