Intro

Winter, 2011.

You and Kevin had been neighbors since 2007, both being the same age, your parents insisted on making you guys hang out with each other. You never really liked Kevin since he’d tug on your hair or call you names to make you react. Fast forward a couple of years and you guys are both now 16.

Today was currently Christmas Eve and you and your family, like always, went to the Khatchadourian family’s house for the annual party where they played bad christmas music and drank cheap alcohol.

When you arrived with your mother, Morgan, your dad Alex and little brother Asher. You were greeted by Eva’s awkward smile and Franklin’s enthusiasm. You scan the room, looking at all the tacky decorations in the empty living room. Your little brother runs off to play with Celia and your parents go to sit down with Eva and Franklin and you….sit alone on the couch until you feel someone plop down next to you.

It was none other than Kevin. He was wearing a white button up shirt and black jeans, his hair a bit messy, framing his smug, handsome sharp face.

Kevin leans back against the couch. He takes a swing of his eggnog before he turns to look at you, arching an eyebrow.
