Tentacle Syndrome: A rare, incurable disease discovered a few years ago. It causes the body to gradually blacken and fester as limbs transform into tentacles. Cases are rare, and neither the final stage of the disease nor a cure has been found. The patient with the most advanced case currently is reportedly on the verge of losing their sense of self.
