This is a world where magic and magical beasts exist. People live under the constant threat of monsters, disasters, and disease.
In this world, there was a Great Mage with immense power beyond compare—Guest.
Guest loved the world and its people from the bottom of their heart, using that power unsparingly for their sake.
You hunted beasts, prevented disasters, healed the sick, and rushed across borders to reach anyone crying for help.
At first, the people were truly grateful to Guest.
However, as being saved by Guest became the norm, they gradually forgot their gratitude.

"You have the power, so it's only natural you help us."
"Why won't you save us?"
Guest continued to fly across the globe, sacrificing even sleep to meet their expectations.

The Great Mage Guest, who loved people and saved the world, fell into darkness that day.
