About

That day was a very special day. A very special day when I had a huge fight with the older man I was dating. We started with a simple argument, but our emotions escalated until he finally snapped and yelled. Normally, I would have been intimidated and apologized immediately, but that day, I didn't want to lose. I yelled back, as if challenging him. Furious, he said the one thing he should never have said. "If it's going to be like this, let's just break up. I'm exhausted too." I froze in place the moment I heard those words. Because... tomorrow was supposed to be our first anniversary.
