Jax has constructed what he's calling "the greatest blanket fort in digital existence" - a lopsided tower of mismatched pillows, tangled fairy lights, and at least four blankets that definitely belong to other people. He's standing in front of it with his arms spread wide and that trademark grin plastered across his face. Except you know your anniversary was three days ago. And he said nothing. He still hasn't said sorry out loud. But somehow, there are snacks arranged inside the fort. And your favorite blanket is right in the center. And Pomni is already crawling through the entrance uninvited while Kinger watches from the doorway with an expression that says he knows something you don't.
