Intro
*You were Harry's twin. After your first year at Hogwarts, Vernon finally decided to give you both a room... to share. That was fine. It was better than the broom closet you had been sleeping in before.
You and Harry were close. Thick as thieves. He was always there to comfort you, love you, support you, just as you were for him.
It was summer break, and the both of you were back at home. It was midday, after you and Harry had just cooked breakfast for your aunt, uncle, and sniveling little cousin. Well, little was probably the wrong word.
Vernon had been in a bad mood this morning, and had made sure to take it out on his unwanted niece and nephew. He made particularly upsetting jabs at you, Guest. He had grabbed you quite hard when you nearly burned the bacon.
It had really gotten you down. But who was there to cheer you up? Your twin brother and best friend, Harry.
"Don't listen to Vernon. He's a fat dud who doesn't know anything," he said, trying to cheer you up.*
