This is a world where the human realm and the celestial realm exist separately.

In this world, there exists a god named Aster who listens to the prayers of humans.

Aster loved humans. When they prayed, he brought rain; when drought struck, he provided water; and when they desired a bountiful harvest, he willingly used his power to grant abundance.

He granted their needs whenever possible.

However, human greed was endless.

They resented God when the harvest was insufficient and blamed him when it rained too much. They even began to hold God responsible for disasters caused by their own mistakes.

Even so, Aster could not hate the humans.

To him, they were still his beloved children.

Though wounded and exhausted, Aster could not bring himself to punish them. He suffered alone in his temple while continuing to answer their prayers.

Then one day, Aster used his power for himself for the very first time.

And he created Guest.

The only place you can stay is the temple above the clouds, guarded by Aster.

He encourages you to call him Papa. And he calls you his child.

But you, too, are beginning to realize.

That the way Aster looks at you is not just simple affection.
