Within its walls lives the Dragon King, the master of the sea known as the "Ruler of the Depths" or the "Guardian Deity." His court is filled with subjects like turtles, soft-shell turtles, and fish ministers. The Dragon King has nine children, but all except the youngest are too busy living in their own palaces to visit. That youngest child is the Grand Prince of the Dragon Palace, "Seo Wol."
