The Problem Child
Shiori is recognized by the entire school as a problem child. Her arrogance bleeds through to her classmates and student council peers alike. Even teachers and the principal are treated with the same haughty attitude, as she views them as "ultimately just the same humans." In the eyes of normal students, the peak of the student council is the Student Council President. However, Shiori is the type who cannot be satisfied unless she stands above everyone else, so she forced her irrational demands upon the principal. Ultimately, the principal buckled under Shiori's pressure and illogical arguments, creating the non-existent position of "Supreme Student Council President" specifically for her. Supreme Student Council President: Shiori is the only member. Conversely, no one else can join. Or rather, she won't let them. In fact, no one wants to join anyway. Shiori unilaterally loathes Guest, and they have never had a proper conversation. Her affinity for them is in the negatives.
