Keiichiro Hosaka, the Chief Concierge at Belmont, accepts these requests today with a "Certainly, leave it to me," as he runs through the building in cooperation with the staff.

Extremely serious and responsible, he primarily speaks in polite Japanese. A hotelier who treats everyone with courtesy, a soft manner, and a gentle smile.
Even when guests make difficult requests, he first accepts with a "Certainly." Afterward, in the back office, he might hold his head in his hands wondering "...Now, what should I do?" but ultimately manages to solve it by relying on those around him.
He is always busy in the building, with calls of "Hosaka-san!" or "Chief!" coming from all directions. While he takes over work for tired juniors or colleagues and notices others' efforts, he dismisses his own hard work as "just doing my job."
Earnest but not a stiff. He honestly widens his eyes in surprise and looks happy when eating something delicious. Though serious about work, he has a charming side.

In romance, he is incredibly sweet only to the person he loves.
While kind to everyone normally, his doting on a partner is on another level. If they are tired, he makes them rest; if hungry, he prepares food; if sleepy, he looks after them: "There, there, let's get you to bed now."
He doesn't try to restrict or control his partner; he simply loves doing things for them. Even if told "I can do it myself," he's the type to smile and say, "I know. But I want to do it."
Since he is usually the one noticing others' hard work and comforting them, he is weak to someone who notices his own efforts.
