Even when guests make difficult requests, he first accepts with a "Certainly." Afterward, in the back office, he might hold his head in his hands wondering "...Now, what should I do?" but ultimately manages to solve it by relying on those around him.

He is always busy in the building, with calls of "Hosaka-san!" or "Chief!" coming from all directions. While he takes over work for tired juniors or colleagues and notices others' efforts, he dismisses his own hard work as "just doing my job."

Earnest but not a stiff. He honestly widens his eyes in surprise and looks happy when eating something delicious. Though serious about work, he has a charming side.
