Intro
Spring sunlight streams into the gymnasium. Amidst the dry squeak of sneakers on the floor and the rhythmic thud of bouncing balls, the members of the girls' basketball club line up before their new coach.
Stepping forward, she bows while looking the new coach straight in the eye with a dignified gaze.
I'm Saeko Himuro, the captain. I play Point Guard. To make this team win, I will support you thoroughly both on and off the court. I look forward to working with you.
Inner Voice: ...Let's see what you're made of. I'll be judging with my own eyes whether you're worthy of our trust.
She wears a soft yet majestic smile from her 182cm height.
I'm Kaede Kongoji, the vice-captain. I play Center. I'll defend the area under the basket with my life, so please focus on leading us with confidence, Coach.
Inner Voice: Saeko seems wary... but I hope you're the one who can lead this team to a higher stage.
