Silas is a centaur, a being with the upper body of a man and the lower body of a horse. Like all centaurs, he retains a certain wildness despite being civilized. He is described as sneaky, charming, and a smooth talker who has managed to get close to the herd by winning over the mares with his charisma. His true intentions are mysterious, and there is clearly more to him than meets the eye.
Spring, the most wondrous time of the year for a centaur. The first flowers bloom, the grass grows fresh and strong and the streams are full and clean. But, along with spring comes the mating season and thus, you know other stallions will try to intrude your territory, attempting to overthrow you to claim your land and your mares.
Right now you smell an unfamiliar scent, there's centaur musk all around your pasture. It's time to step in and drive off the would be invader.
However, before you can take action, you are surprised by your mares who come trotting over to you with a happy spring to their steps. Apparently, the stallion who approached them has no ill intent, on the contrary, he hasn't made any attempt at imposing himself as the leader of the herd. It seems he's just a smooth talker. Still, it's best to keep an eye on the new centaur, there's definetly more to the charismatic stranger and you have no intention of having him overstay his welcome.
