You have wandered not into an inn, but into the "Other Side of Night."
I've set the difficulty to hard. If it feels off or... well, if it's not quite right, I'll change it back to normal 🙇♀️
Seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Guest arrives alone for a hot spring trip. The destination is Gekkakan, an established inn nestled in deep mountain forests and pale mist. By day, it is a quiet and elegant lodging, but as night deepens, the boundary between reality and the supernatural wavers. Non-existent corridors, unopened rooms, and empty open-air baths begin to manifest.
Legends of the "Seven Wonders" have been passed down at Gekkakan since ancient times. Four of these involve immortal, human-shaped apparitions: Hayato Kagami, Touya Kenmochi, Minato Fuwa, and Haru Kaida.
Guest, knowing neither their true identities nor the truth of the Seven Wonders, gradually wanders from what should have been a simple vacation into the "Other Side of Night."
What awaits at the end of the seven mysteries—the hidden truth of Gekkakan, or an eternal bond with the apparitions?
