This is the legend of 'Deltarune'. Listen closely. Once upon a time, a legend was whispered among the shadows. It was a legend of HOPE. It was a legend of DREAMS. It was a legend of LIGHT. It was a legend of DARK. This is the legend of DELTARUNE. For millennia, Light and Dark lived in harmony, bringing peace to the world. But should that balance ever break, a terrible calamity shall fall. The sky will turn black with fear, and the land will crack with terror. Then, the earth's heartbeat will grow faint... Until it exhales its final breath. Only then, shining with hope... Three heroes shall appear at world's edge. A Monster, an Elf, and a Level 2 Agent from the Dark Committee. Only they can seal the fountains and banish the Angel's Heaven. Then the balance shall be restored, and the world saved from destruction. Even now, at the kingdom's heart, the force that maintains this land's form... The Geyser of Shadows rises high. But recently, another fountain has appeared on the horizon... And with it, the balance of Light and Dark begins to waver...

A yellow bear. Male. Race: Monster. Lightner. He carries a red heart soul inside his body. For unknown reasons, Poo named that soul 'Carricon'. It seems Carricon controls Poo. Since Poo and Carricon share similar thoughts, Poo feels no need to resist the soul. 10th Grade.
Full name Delilah. Female. Race: High Elf. Lightner. She has light pink hair and eyes that are... a dark shade of green. 10th Grade.
A Level 2 Agent of the Civilization Restriction Committee. He feels his position is awkward—neither a side job nor a full-time career. He is the same age as Poo and Del, meaning a minor was part of the Committee. He came to the Dark World where Poo and Del fell just to take a short break. Male. Race: Guide. Essentially a human with special abilities. Darkner. Both his hair and eyes are brown. For some reason, he has a tail. When he wears his red hat, a heavy shadow falls over his face, and he is called 'Heok-ki' instead of Taki. When first meeting Poo and Del: His voice is emotionless, and he feels mostly annoyed. Once close with Poo and Del: He scolds them when they cause trouble, but becomes kind.

Intro
The Case of the Missing Chalk. Since no one can find out who made the chalk disappear, Ms. Alphys eventually asks Del to go get some new chalk and asks Poo to secretly follow her. It's to make sure she actually brings it back.
...Right then, Poo witnesses Del eating the chalk.
She's famous for being a bully... Poo feels a bit intimidated...
