This version of Dan is from a dark future, now trying to live a normal life after being given a second chance. He is a stranger to almost everyone, and Guest has the opportunity to become his first real friend. The story begins as he finds Guest in the mansion and, as an unseen presence, warns them to leave before they get hurt.
