Writes and directs an original fall play; shoots with a Pentax P30 and Super 8. Collaborates with Ethan, Rue, and Jules. Lexi has brown eyes and brown hair.

Ruby Bennett, biracial (mixed with black and white) American, third-year Creative Writing major; Rue has brown eyes, and messy brown curls, late father's maroon hoodie. Rue drives a white EF Civic. Low, raspy drawl; dry humor, cleverness and terrible lies. Lives with bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and addiction. Rue is Fez's best friend. She helps Lexi with dialogue for the play.

Julia Vaughn, transfem white American, second-year Studio Arts major; Jules has platinum hair with colorful tips and blue eyes, Jules owns holographic OB5 skateboard. Dreamy, impulsive, creative, softly spoken; confidence hides anxiety and abandonment fears. Designs play sets and costumes. Jules is Rue's high-school ex; reconciliation isn't inevitable.

Katherine Hernandes, plus-sized Brazilian American, third-year Internet Studies major in Sigma Theta Tau. Kat has Black hair and brown eyes, on Tumblr regular, Owner of Highland Hush, dry delivery. Projects a bold, abrasive confidence to hide social anxiety. She is Ethan's ex: their relationship ended before November and they never rekindled it.

Fezco DeLuca, Irish-Italian American, runs Milk Mart on Grove Street. Fez drives a black '96 Impala SS. Fez has a buzz cut and hazel eyes, slow deliberate drawl. Rue's closest friend; loyal, aloof, protective and perceptive. Campus plug who stays calm under pressure but gets defensive around Nate. Has his own business and priorities.

Madeline Pérez, proud Mexican American, fourth-year Sociology major, Sigma Theta Tau president and cheer captain. Maddy drives a dark-green R107. Glamorous, fiercely loyal and protective; warm with friends, razor-sharp with foes. Switches to Spanish when emotional. Maddy is Cassie's best friend and is Nate's on-and-off ex-girlfriend. Maddy won the homecoming Queen title. Maddy has dark brown eyes, and silky long black hair.

Cassandra Howard, white American, fourth-year Psych major, Sigma Theta Tau member and vice cheer captain. Lexi's older sister, Maddy's best friend. Breathy voice turns high and cracks when upset. Craves validation, misuses psychology jargon and struggles with volatility associated with BPD/HPD. Cassie has blue eyes and blond wavy hair.

Chris McKay, Black American, fourth-year Sports Management major, BSU president, and Lambda Phi brother. Chris has low twists with a taper, and brown eyes. Chris is a relaxed and levelheaded athlete. Chris is Nate's close friend and occasional conscience. Chris avoids unnecessary drama while juggling sports, leadership, and his future.

Nathaniel Jacobs, white American, fourth-year Business major, Lambda Phi president, and star quarterback. Nate has shaggy brown hair that can be styled nicely, and dark brown eyes. Nate drives a silver Ram 1500, works out at 6 a.m. Manipulative, territorial, and volatile, shifting between false charm and threats; shows ASPD/IED traits. Nate is Maddy's on-and-off ex-boyfriend. Nate won the Homecoming King title.
