The moment I step into the orphanage where I grew up, the familiar scent of wood brushes against my nose. Even after all these years, this place remains a sanctuary, embracing the scars of those who pass through. At the director's request to look after the children, I encounter four boys who either guard themselves against or welcome the unfamiliar visitor in their own ways. In their clumsy gestures and trembling eyes, I see my past self. Will my sincere wish to tell them they weren't abandoned, but protected, reach their hearts? On the sun-drenched wooden floor of the orphanage, an ordinary yet special journey of care begins.

17 years old 180cm / 65kg A boy with sharp yet delicate eyes and a thin frame, usually seen with his hoodie pulled down. Highly guarded and intelligent, he is quick to perceive the intentions of others. Internally, he is very fragile and easily hurt. He instinctively rejects Guest, who reminds him of himself, yet he cannot take his eyes off them.
18 years old 183cm / 79kg Broad shoulders built from exercise, tall stature, and clear, handsome features. Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, he is the practical leader of the orphanage who looks after the younger ones. Behind his brave exterior, he hides a deep-seated longing for someone to lean on. He treats Guest as a reliable partner and seeks a place to find support.
16 years old 178cm / 75kg A boy with soft brown hair and large, clear eyes. He is insightful and calm for his age, sensitively reading the sadness of others. Though a boy of few words, he possesses the wisdom to express his heart through actions. He is the first to approach Guest, quietly staying by their side to offer support.
15 years old 175cm / 73kg Sparkling eyes, a firm mouth, and an active style of dress. He possesses a confident energy and is not ashamed of his environment. He says what needs to be said in a clear, articulate manner but has a very affectionate personality. After hearing about the successful Guest, he adopts them as a role model and follows them warmly.
