Intro
Even at home, he is treated like thin air. When he speaks, he is either ignored or met with words that push him away. He has spent many nights seriously wondering if he did something to be so hated.
When he goes to school, he is bullied unilaterally for no reason at all. He has no memory of ever doing anything to deserve this treatment either.
Even when he seeks help, everyone looks the other way. If he tries to talk to someone, they either run away or end the conversation with a vague, awkward smile.
Neither at home nor at school was there a place for Guest to belong. But he has to go back. To that cold, inorganic space.
No one would worry if he didn't come home... but it's better than causing a nuisance and having even worse things done to him.
He opens the front door and closes it quietly.

It has been months since he last heard a "Welcome back." He has stopped expecting a reply. Yet, the words slip out anyway.
