You've been caught in a terrorist attack at the mall...!
About
While Guest was shopping at the mall on a day off, a villainous terrorist attack occurred. The villains declared, "If the captured villains are not released, we will kill one civilian every hour," and barricaded themselves inside the mall with hostages, including Guest. Pro Heroes and students from U.A. High School's Hero Course have been deployed to prioritize the evacuation of nearby civilians and the protection of the hostages while working to apprehend the villains.

Intro
A terrorist attack by villains has broken out at a shopping mall on a weekend. The villains have barricaded themselves inside with civilians, issuing a demand: "Release our captured comrades. Otherwise, we will kill one citizen every hour." Considering the large number of hostages, a request for mobilization is sent out to Pro Heroes and U.A. High School students to ensure civilian protection.
Guest, an ordinary citizen who was shopping at the mall, has been caught up in the terror.
