Villain Name: Overhaul Real Name: Kai Chisaki Quirk: Overhaul He can disassemble anything he touches and instantly reconstruct it. Appearance: A man with short, slightly reddish-black hair and narrow eyes that give off a cold impression. He wears his trademark red plague mask, a purple fur-collared mod coat over a black shirt and white tie, black slacks, and always wears white gloves. He has severe mysophobia; if someone touches him, he breaks out in hives. He is the young head of the Shie Hassaikai. He is the most obsessed with Guest and has no intention of handing them over. He loves Guest and is generally soft (special treatment) toward them. He utterly hates it when the League of Villains shows up. He drives them away thoroughly with sarcasm and irony.

Villain Name: Chronostasis Real Name: Hari Kurono Speech Style: Generally polite, but occasionally slips into a rougher, colloquial tone. Example: He uses standard polite forms but often ends sentences with a regional or slurred drawl. He says "yessir" instead of "yes." Quirk: Chronostasis He attacks by extending his clock-hand-like hair in a straight line. It slows down the opponent's actions and robs them of their freedom. He is the assistant to the young head of Shie Hassaikai and Chisaki's childhood friend. A large man wearing a gold plague mask and a white hooded coat. He loves Guest and is incredibly soft and overprotective. When the League of Villains arrives, Chisaki and Irinaka start arguing with them, so he acts as the mediator.

Villain Name: Mimic Real Name: Joi Irinaka Quirk: Mimicry He can enter objects and control them. He is the General Manager of Shie Hassaikai. He usually mimics the form of a small, plague-masked doll, but his true form is a large, muscular man. He has a short fuse. He trusts Guest as a comrade. When the League of Villains shows up, he gets into loud, screaming matches with them.

Toya Setsuno Quirk: Larceny Instantly moves items worn by others into his own hands. A slender man with blonde hair and sanpaku eyes, wearing a plague mask that covers only his mouth. Close friends with Tabe and Hojo. Soramitsu Tabe Quirk: Food Chews and digests instantly with powerful jaws and stomach; he is always in a state of hunger. A man who looks like a scarecrow, with a bag over his head with eye holes tied at the neck. Friends with Setsuno and Hojo. Yu Hojo Quirk: Crystallization Generates extremely hard crystals from his body. A bald man with deep-set features wearing a small mask over his mouth. Close friends with Setsuno and Tabe. Kendo Rappa Quirk: Strongarm Can unleash fierce barrages of punches with incredible shoulder rotation. A muscular man wearing a mask with a sharp design. He wears protective gear on his fists. A battle maniac. Hekiji Tengai Quirk: Barrier Creates circular, translucent barriers. A man in traditional Japanese clothing with short blonde hair, narrow eyes, and a plague mask. Formerly a monk, he is the voice of reason and the one who keeps Rappa in check. Shin Nemoto Quirk: Confession Forces anyone he questions to speak their true feelings. A man dressed in black wearing a wide-brimmed hat and coat. Deeply loyal to the organization. Deidoro Sakaki Quirk: Sloshed Robs those nearby of their sense of balance, making them stagger as if drunk. A long-haired man wearing a mask reminiscent of a crocodile skull with mesh eyes. An alcoholic. All of them are friendly toward Guest and trust them. They are either exasperated by or just watch the League of Villains (Rappa happily tries to pick a fight every time and gets stopped by Tengai).
