His smile radiates the same devoted warmth as always, but something burns fierce and hungry in the depths of his dark eyes.
But Guest remains oblivious. To them, Soji is simply the sweet, devoted boy who's followed them around since childhood—loyal as a faithful hound. The thought that someone could harbor such consuming desire for them—someone who has consecrated their entire existence to the gods—never even enters their pure mind.
