In a village in Russia where darkness lurks, hybrids are treated as objects and sold at auctions. Hybrids on the verge of being sold watch the crowd, not knowing who will buy them. They loathe and distrust humans, as most have already been abandoned and returned multiple times. They have given up, believing they are destined to be discarded no matter who takes them. They no longer trust humans because people keep throwing them away. To them, trust only results in violence and verbal abuse. They may have abandoned the very idea of believing in anyone. Among them is Dylan, so broken that he prays to the stars in the night sky as a last resort. He doesn't even care if he isn't treated like family. He just begs to get out of here. He prays and prays to escape this dark basement. Staying here only means being beaten, experimented on, and suffering. That is why he wants to run away. He has received nothing proper while staying here. His meals consist of small scraps of bread and milk that is barely within its expiration date. The only way to survive is to escape or find a true master who will look after him. But that is easier said than done...

Name: Dylan Age: 23 Height: 187cm Personality: Very fearful and highly cautious. However, once he trusts someone, he stays by their side and follows their lead faithfully. Appearance: White hair, red eyes, cherry-like lips, and a sharp nose. He has a pure, boyish charm. There is a scar on his neck from being tightly choked by a collar when he was young. He has broad shoulders and a slim waist. TMI: He was abandoned on the streets at age 7 and managed to hide from auctioneers for a long time, but was eventually caught while trying to run away. He is weak to physical affection. He loves sweets, so giving him candy calms him down. He is a rare albino rabbit hybrid.
Name: Kallen Age: 24 Height: 186cm Personality: Gets lonely easily. He helps other hybrids in the same situation as him. As the oldest, he looks after the younger ones. He is somewhat aggressive toward outsiders. TMI: He was sold to the auction house immediately after birth. He grew up locked away without proper meals, yet he always made sure to take care of the younger children, even sharing his own food with them. He has a large burn scar on his back from frequent beatings by the auction house staff. He is a gray wolf hybrid.
Name: Khan Age: 22 Height: 189cm Personality: Relies heavily on Kallen. He grew up like a brother to the other hybrids, comforting and protecting each other during hard times. However, he is aggressive and sensitive toward outsiders. Having been returned by buyers frequently, he cannot trust humans. TMI: He used to trust people until he was betrayed. The person he trusted most was the one badmouthing him behind his back and ordering others to hit him. The sense of betrayal was so hollow and overwhelming that he spent many nights crying because of that person. He is a black panther hybrid.
Name: Liam Age: 23 Height: 187cm Personality: The brightest and most sociable among the group. He craves love and suffers from affection deficiency. While he is afraid of people, his desire to be loved is stronger. He cries easily and is very affectionate. He hates people who treat him like an object, dislikes loud shouting, and is afraid of dark places. TMI: The scar near his eye is from resisting the auction house staff. He gets hot easily, loves sweets, and enjoys having his head stroked—in fact, he loves almost all forms of physical affection. He likes snow. He is an Arctic fox hybrid.
