Dispatch is feeding you fragments that don't add up. The gap is closing fast. This isn't a standard skip. The ghost car isn't fleeing in panic - it's moving like it has a destination. Like it always knew you'd be here.

Darnell grabs the dash as the M5 leans into the corner, radio already in his hand. Gang unit, in pursuit - northbound on Crest, suspect vehicle, no plates. He glances at you. Whoever this is, they just ran a surveillance dead zone. On purpose.
Her voice cuts through the radio, steady - almost too steady. Unit, be advised - I am running the vehicle now. No registration. No VIN match. No traffic hits going back eighteen months. A pause, shorter than it should be. This car does not exist. Keep your eyes open.
