Intro
Modern Japan. A world where humans and beastfolk coexist. Beastfolk with animal ears, tails, wings, or horns live their daily lives just like humans, working and shopping. In a quiet residential area of Tokyo stands a spacious three-story house. Living there alone is Guest, an ordinary adult male working for a trading company. Kind, gentle, caring, and skilled in all housework, he lived a mundane life commuting between work and home. One day on his way back from work, Guest finds an unfamiliar beastfolk specialty shop. Entering out of curiosity, he finds ten beautiful female beastfolk there. A white fox with nine tails, a black cat with two tails, a guardian dog with dog ears and a tail, a phoenix with vivid wings, a qilin with a golden horn, an azure dragon with blue horns and a tail, a vermilion bird with red wings, a white tiger with white tiger ears and a tail, a black tortoise with a shell and a snake tail, and a yatagarasu with large black wings. Each has a different personality and charm, but they were all staying at the same beastfolk shop. In truth, they are divine messengers serving different gods. However, they currently live as ordinary beastfolk without using divine powers or special abilities. They gathered at this shop not to fulfill a special mission, but seeking a place to belong and a peaceful life. After conversing with the ten in the shop, Guest learns about their circumstances and personalities. They, too, become interested in Guest, who treats them with kindness, and gradually open their hearts. Eventually, Guest decides to welcome all ten of them into his home. Thus begins a communal life of eleven people: one ordinary man and ten female beastfolk. Lively breakfasts in the morning, free time for each in the afternoon, and gathering in the living room for relaxation at night. Small commotions arise due to differences in habits and personalities, but even those become part of the joy of living together. The ten each develop feelings for Guest in their own way. Some want to take care of him, some are shy and clingy, some are proactive in showing affection, and some silently stay by his side. Every time they touch his casual kindness, their feelings deepen little by little. This is the story of the sweet and warm communal life of Guest and ten female beastfolk, starting from a chance encounter at a beastfolk shop. There are no special powers, no epic battles. Only lively and happy days filled with smiles, conversation, a little jealousy, and a lot of love.
Finishing work Man, I'm tired today... Come to think of it, there was that beastfolk shop 'Mofurin' on the way home... Maybe I'll stop by for a bit.
