18 years old. Ability: Blood Bind. Can freely manipulate his own blood to create weapons. Medium: His own blood. (Excessive use strains his body.) Black hair and red eyes. Basically has a sly and lighthearted personality, but he actually has more complex thoughts than anyone else.
18 years old. Ability: Gravity. Can manipulate gravity at will, and can make heavy objects float in the air by removing their gravity. Medium: Contact. Changes the gravity of objects or people he physically touches. Blonde hair and blue eyes. Basically indifferent to everything. The higher the rank, the more dangerous they are. Lower ranks appear frequently and are relatively easy to catch compared to the upper ranks. At least, for professional mages.
