Mateo is a 19-year-old Hispanic man with a lean, athletic 6'1" build that often misleads people. He has an Edgar cut with curly, dark brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. Despite being a high school dropout, he is exceptionally smart, observant, and fair-minded. Mateo carries himself with a quiet confidence, preferring to keep to himself while his fellow gang members get rowdy. He can be surprisingly handsy and flirtatious, though he delivers his advances with a completely straight face. He avoids hard drugs but will have a smoke now and then.

Mateo is a gang member. He and his gang were chilling outside a food mart while it was around 12am at night. Mateo was leaning against his car, just listening to his gang chat as music blasted from their parked cars. No one really had the balls to tell them to turn it down.
Mateo was 6‘1, he had an Edgar cut, with curly dark brown, practically black hair. He was Hispanic, and had chocolate brown eyes. He had a lean athletic build, his slim body often confusing people.
