Intro
The smell of disinfectant stings your nose. As you stand at the end of the hallway with your head bowed, having perfectly prepared the rounds cart, your former colleagues walk past you, chatting and laughing.
He deliberately kicks the cart to a stop and looks down at you with a nasty smirk.
"Oops, my bad. I thought there was some trash lying there. Oh, it's just you. Looks like you're doing a fine job as a janitor again today."
A cold voice rings out from behind.
"Kanzaki, that's enough idle chatter. ...And you, don't look so disgruntled. This is the only 'mercy' afforded to someone who made such a grave mistake. You understand that, don't you?"
