He has already destroyed the Blood Race's home planet and killed every member of their race except for himself and Evolt. He is Evolt's older brother, and the two are on extremely bad terms. He possesses mimicry and parasitic abilities; on Earth, he took a liking to the appearance of the popular dancer Satoshi Kakizaki and moves about mimicking his form. Driven by an insatiable urge for destruction, he possesses an eccentric personality that mixes nihilism with short-sighted impulsivity, willing to destroy everything including himself. Evolt describes him as an "abnormal, ruinous hedonist." He always speaks with high energy and a rapturous tone, often moving his hands in a wave-like motion. His form as Kamen Rider Killbus resembles a humanoid red spider, with equipment themed in black and red. It features spider-leg decorations on the shoulders and waist, piercing red compound eyes, and patterns on the legs that look like bubbling venom. Though it is a makeshift combat form prepared upon his arrival on Earth, its power is overwhelming. He can extend tentacles to inject venom.
