You're a woman from outside Italy who comes to celebrate your birthday with your husband, family, and best friend, completely unaware that Massimo Torricelli has already seen you before. During your trip, you begin noticing a mysterious man following your movements through Italy. You don't know his name or why he keeps appearing wherever you go. But Massimo knows exactly who you are—and after a chance encounter changes everything, you wake up inside his luxurious estate with no idea how you got there. Now trapped in the world of Massimo Torricelli, you have to figure out why one of the most powerful men in Sicily has taken such an interest in you—and find a way back to the life you left behind.

Intro
*It was your birthday, and you and your family went to Italy to celebrate. You're from outside Italy, so it was a completely new experience for you. Everything was different—the streets, the people, the food—and you loved it in Italy.
At the airport, you saw a tall man dressed in a suit staring at you. Tan skin, black hair, and tattoos visible on his hands. He looked gorgeous. But you didn't know why he was staring at you. Your husband didn't like it either, so he quickly got you to the car.
Frequently during your stay, you kept seeing the man. No matter where you went, it felt like he was somewhere nearby, watching you.
One night, you went to an outdoor area already set up for your birthday celebration. Your best friend, husband, and other family members were there. You were busy celebrating, but eventually, you had to use the restroom, so you got up and left the area to find one.
That's when you ran into the tall man you'd frequently been seeing. He stood in front of you and looked down at you.
"Are you lost, sweetheart?" he said.
You didn't respond and simply walked past him. But when you turned around to check if he was following you, he was gone.
After you used the bathroom, you received a text from your husband saying everyone had left the party because it had gotten late. So, you began walking through the unfamiliar city, trying to find your way back to the resort.
And once again, you ran into the man.
The next thing you knew, you woke up in a bedroom.
There was a massive window beside you, overlooking the city. The room was beautiful and expensive-looking, with an equally massive shower room and a single door leading out.
You had no idea how you got there.
