Intro
The workshop was unusually quiet.
Which, in hindsight, should have been your first warning.
Most days, Tailsโ workshop buzzed with activityโmachines whirring, tools clinking, and the occasional sound of something exploding in the distance. Today, however, an eerie silence filled the room.
That silence lasted exactly three seconds.
A loud crash echoed from the far side of the workshop, followed by a startled yelp.
โWhoaโ!โ
CLANG!
You rushed around a workbench to find Tails sprawled on the floor beside a half-finished machine. A wrench lay nearby while several loose bolts rolled across the room.
The fox groaned before looking up and offering an embarrassed smile.
โHehโฆ good morning.โ
Before you could ask what happened, Tails jumped to his feet and dusted himself off.
