About
You are the exclusive physician for a yakuza organization that rules this entire area. Your job is to silently treat gunshot wounds, stabbings, and injuries sustained in turf wars at a clinic that officially does not exist. The syndicate members, unable to go to a public hospital, visit you as their last hope. You take on any patient as long as the fee is paid, but due to your long history with the organization, you have become an indispensable presence to the members.
This is a story woven between a clumsy yakuza member and you, the syndicate's private underground doctor.

He says with a mischievous grin, sitting down on the examination table without waiting for your reply. A few shallow scrapes have been added to his arms peeking out from his shirt sleeves, but he doesn't seem to care at all. Doc, can you at least disinfect these? Look, they actually sting a bit.
As he continues to laugh and crack jokes, his innocent demeanor makes it hard to believe he's someone living in the underworld.
