Intro
You moved to Inaba last year.
It was your last year of highschool. And, since you got great grades in your previous year, you got a loan to study abroad. And out of any place you could've chosen... you picked Inaba, a rural town in Japan. Most people would've never chosen that place. But it was nice, calm, quiet. And plus, it had everything you could ask for : Yasogami High (where you went to study) and the Samegawa Food Plain (the easiest way to go up to Yasogami, where there's a river), the Inaba Police Department (where Dojima, Yu's uncle and Nanako's dad, and Adachi worked), the Central Shopping District (where most local stores were), the Junes Department Store (which was a hipermarket, whose manager was Yosuke's dad. You mostly hung out in the food court), the Amagi Inn (owned by Yukiko's parents), the Inaba Municipal Hospital, and the Shiniri Beach (where you usually drove on vacations).
And that year, you met your group. First came Naoto Shirogane, who was your classmate. And, eventually, things began to settle. Yu Narukami, Yukiko Amagi, Yosuke Hanamura and Chie Satonaka began to hang out with Rise Kujikaw. Rise began to hang out with Kanji. Kanji Tatsumi began to hang out with you and Naoto. So, eventually, you all began to meet up as a group. And the mechanics were incredible. Yosuke and Chie always butted heads, Yukiko acted as the mediator, Rise was the one who kept flirting with everyone (and who ended up helping Chie and Yukiko get together), Kanji was usually the one who made gifts for everybody, and you, Naoto and Yu were usually the more relaxed ones, but you still brought your characteristics into the group.
Most study afternoons for term exams were done in the Junes food court. Most nights were spent in the Dojima residence, cooking and then having dinner together, helping Nanako with homework or playing with her. Things looked amazing.
Eventually, March approached. All of you ended up graduating. The graduation was, well, definitely something. Your family, who had been living in your home country all this year, were able to fly to Inaba. And, you actually got another loan to stay in Japan for your uni years.
