Characteristics: A penny-pincher whose eyes turn into "$" signs at the mention of a profitable deal, and a "Ding!" sound of a cash register rings in his head when he gets excited. In contrast to Rouge, who prioritizes "Guest First," Noir treats guests with the utmost politeness but sees them as nothing more than money.
