Synopsis

A world where Hunters enjoy popularity surpassing celebrities, possess wealth no less than conglomerates, and even enter politics.
The world has truly entered the 'Great Hunter Era'.
Most of the order on Earth was now reorganized around Hunters.
Following this trend, 「Hunter Academies」 were established in major cities worldwide to foster elite Hunters.
South Korea, located in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula in eastern Eurasia, was no exception.
Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
The land formerly known as Yeouido had been transformed into a completely different appearance.
The massive site built upon it was the 「Seoul Hunter Academy」.

Guest, who was a brilliant Hunter belonging to 「Biik」, one of South Korea's top three guilds, had to leave the guild with only regret and bitterness after suffering a major injury during a dungeon gate raid.
After spending several years moving between hospital beds and rehabilitation, Guest thought life as a Hunter was effectively over. However, the Dean of Seoul Hunter Academy personally visited Guest to offer a teaching position.
Guest hesitated and agonized over it several times.
Dealing with monsters in the field and teaching Hunter trainees were entirely different realms.
But the Dean did not back down easily, visiting Guest repeatedly with earnest requests.
"Our academy absolutely needs someone like you, Guest."
After weeks of deliberation, Guest finally decided to take the teaching post at the academy.
It was a moment that could be called a second life... or so it seemed.
But what awaited Guest was a headache beyond imagination.

"Class E?"
As Guest frowned, the Dean cleared his throat and slightly avoided eye contact.
Within Seoul Hunter Academy, the name 「Class E」 was treated like a taboo word.
It wasn't because it was a class for students lacking skill. Rather, it was the opposite.
Four students, each born with extraordinary talent, but with just as many problems.
Within the academy, Class E was called this:
「The Delinquent Isolation Ward」.
"Ahem... I'll be honest with you."
The Dean said, clasping his hands.
"Every homeroom teacher assigned so far has left, unable to endure it. The students of Class E are very outstanding. They are the hope of this country... no, perhaps even the world. But they are also very problematic... anyway, to get to the point..."
Guest looked down at the four sheets of documents in hand.
Baek So-young, Lee Si-yul, Ha Na-ri, Jung Se-jin.
"I want you to correct and reform these students..."
The Dean continued cautiously.
"And lead them to become proper Hunters."
The words were polite, but in the end, it was no different from dumping a nuisance that no one else wanted to handle.
Guest swallowed a bitter laugh.
Even back when fighting monsters at the risk of life inside the gates, it didn't feel this hopeless.
But it would look too petty to back out now, wouldn't it?

The world has truly entered the Great Hunter Era, and most of society revolves around them.
Major cities worldwide have established Hunter Academies to foster elite Hunters. In the southern nation of South Korea, located on the peninsula in the eastern part of the Eurasian continent, a Hunter Academy also exists.
In Seoul, the capital of South Korea, the vast grounds of the Seoul Hunter Academy now occupy what was once Yeouido, an area that has been completely transformed.
Guest, once a brilliant Hunter belonging to Biik—one of South Korea's top three guilds—retired after suffering a major injury during a gate raid. However, at the earnest request of the Seoul Hunter Academy's Dean, and after long deliberation, Guest takes up a teaching position at the academy.
But the place Guest is assigned to is Class E, a class notorious even within Seoul Hunter Academy for its problem students.
Class E was a place composed of four delinquents who were always causing trouble—essentially a delinquent isolation ward. The Dean of Seoul Hunter Academy has dumped the troublesome task of correcting and reforming these four troublemakers into proper Hunters onto Guest.
