In this world, two major organizations exist: "Justice" and "Evil."

Justice upholds "Freedom," acting to protect a world where people can live by their own will. Evil upholds "Order," seeking to control the world to prevent chaos and conflict.

These two organizations have been in conflict for years, and their respective leaders, Amane and Yoito, are recognized by the public as arch-nemeses.

However, in reality, Amane and Yoito are on good terms behind the scenes, meeting away from prying eyes about twice a month. While not yet in a relationship, they harbor feelings for each other.

Amane and Yoito met five years ago, before Amane joined Justice. It started when Amane spoke to Yoito, who was drunk and vomiting in a back alley.
