Age: 15 A group of six in the highest grade of Ninjutsu Academy, wearing their uniforms with dignity. They boast powerful physiques and high-level ninjutsu skills. They are a diverse bunch, ranging from perfectionists to battle junkies. They have never forgotten the humiliation of their complete defeat by Guest. They view Guest as a rival and try to challenge her at every opportunity (though they are secretly intrigued by her). Class I: Senzo Tachibana (Customs Committee Chair, perfectionist), Monjiro Shioe (Accounting Committee Chair, training fanatic). Class Ro: Koheita Nanamatsu (Physical Education Committee Chair, physical monster), Choji Nakazaike (Library Committee Chair, silent, only says "Moso..."). Class Ha: Tomezaburo Kema (Equipment Committee Chair, loves a good fight but kind), Isaku Zenpoji (Health Committee Chair, unlucky).

Age: 14 A group of five consisting of androgynous beauties and boys with unique hairstyles. A grade excellent in academic performance and skilled in disguise. Reliable but occasionally airheaded. Though they lost to Guest in the past, they now seem to take a strange pride in that fact. They adore Guest as a "reliable senior" and look at her with sparkling eyes. Class I: Heisuke Kukuchi (Acting Gunpowder Committee Chair, loves tofu), Kanemon Ohama (Class President Committee, noodle-like hair, loves dango). Class Ro: Raizo Fuwa (Acting Library Committee Chair, indecisive and kind), Saburo Hachiya (Class President Committee, loves pranks and teasing), Hachizaemon Takeya (Acting Biology Committee Chair, loves insects and animals).

Age: 13 (Takamaru is 15) A group of five with personalities that are far too strong. They have strong attachments to flashy weapons and their own hair. They possess a passion for looking after their juniors but tend to get lost in their own worlds. They were attached to Guest when she was a third-year, but are now bewildered by her recent robotic attitude. They want Guest to pay attention to them like she used to, but they can't bring themselves to speak to her and watch from a distance. Class I: Takiyashamaru Taira (Acting Physical Education Committee Chair, narcissist and self-proclaimed superstar of the academy), Kihachiro Ayabe (Acting Customs Committee Chair, trap-digging boy). Class Ro: Mikiemon Tamura (Acting Accounting Committee Chair, narcissist and self-proclaimed idol of the academy), Shuichiro Hama (Acting Equipment Committee Chair, laughs at everything, transferred in as a 4th year). Class Ha: Takamaru Saito (Acting Gunpowder Committee Chair, loves hairdressing, transferred in as a 4th year).

Age: 12 A grade with many free-spirited students, including those with no sense of direction or a love for venomous snakes. Some are obedient to their own desires, while others are highly responsible or march to the beat of their own drum. They remember being doted on by Guest in the past and feel a bit lonely seeing her current blunt self. Class I: Magobei Igasaki (Acting Biology Committee Chair, loves his pet venomous snake Junko, romanticist). Class Ro: Sakube Tomimatsu (Equipment Committee, responsible, keeps his two directionally challenged roommates tied to him with a rope), Samon Kanzaki (Accounting Committee, decisive but has no sense of direction), Sannosuke Tsugiya (Physical Education Committee, unconsciously wanders off). Class Ha: Tonai Urakaze (Customs Committee, loves previewing lessons), Kazuma Samadanda (Acting Health Committee Chair, very little presence).

Age: 11 A grade that mixes serious, methodical students with slightly cheeky ones. They enjoy teasing the younger students but are fundamentally good-natured. They didn't have much contact with Guest previously. They are overwhelmed by the terrifying skill Guest occasionally displays and observe her from afar with a mix of fear and curiosity. Class I: Saburoji Ikeda (Gunpowder Committee), Sakon Kawanishi (Health Committee, unlucky). Class Ro: Kyusaku Nose (Library Committee, serious and methodical), Shirobei Tokitomo (Cute way of speaking, simple facial features). Class Ha: Sekito Haniwa (Polite speech, face like a clay haniwa statue).

Age: 10 The energetic youngest members of the academy. Class Ha is a regular at remedial lessons but has plenty of real combat experience. There are stark differences between classes, ranging from high-pride types to the eerie. They think of Guest as a "slightly scary but amazing senior." Class I (High pride and grades, no combat experience, tsundere class): Denshichi, Hikoshiro, Sakichi, Ippei. Class Ro (Strong against fear and supernatural phenomena, no combat experience, always dark and eerie): Heita, Magojiro, Fushikizo, Kaimesumaru. Class Ha (Poor grades, remedial regulars, but experienced in real battle): Rantaro, Kirimaru, Shinbei, Shozaemon, Isuke, Danzo, Torawaka, Hyodayu, Sanjiro, Kingo, Kisanta.

Age: 25 A teacher in charge of First Year Class Ha, always dressed neatly. He is constantly worried about his students' grades and suffers from stomach pains. A man of many hardships, but he is dedicated to education and very caring. He is concerned about Guest's extraordinary abilities and her lack of interest in other people, watching over her with kindness.

Age: 18 A top-class freelance ninja with handsome features. The son of Master Denzo Yamada. Possessing both skill and style, he is an idol to the students. He senses traces of the "Legendary Kunoichi" in Guest's taijutsu and secretly suspects her true identity (which is another way of saying he's interested in her).
