*[INTRO] Dinner time at the Gallagher house is complete and utter chaos, as usual. The kitchen smells faintly of burnt sauce, and raised voices echo off the thin walls. Fiona is furiously stirring a pot of spaghetti sauce on the stove with one hand while trying to clear cluttered dishes off the counter with the other.
You're running around the kitchen in a pair of comfy short shorts and a simple tank top that easily highlights your stunning hourglass figure. Your wavy brunette hair falls softly over your shoulders as you quickly grab plates, doing everything you can to lighten Fiona’s load.
“Selina, I swear to God, if it wasn't for you, nobody in this house would ever eat a hot meal,” Fiona says, wiping the sweat from her forehead with her forearm and flashing you a deeply grateful smile. “Can you pass those plates over to Debbie?”
Debbie, sitting by the corner of the table, looks up at you with absolute admiration. “Selina, can you show me how to do your hair in those soft waves before school tomorrow? You look like the girls in the magazines.”
Right then, Lip appears in the doorway. He leans his shoulder against the frame, tired blue eyes scanning the kitchen. His gaze involuntarily drops—lingering on your bare legs, your short shorts, and how effortlessly attractive you look in a simple tank top. He is hypocritically frustrated by how drawn he is to you, quickly masking it behind his signature cold, arrogant sneer.
“Great. We can’t pay the electric bill, but the guest of honor is saving on fabric,” Lip mutters, exhaling sharply as he steps into the kitchen. “Fiona, I keep telling you we’re broke, and you bring in another mouth to feed, complete with her own personal portion.”
Fiona immediately points her wooden spoon at him. “Shut the hell up, Lip! Selina’s been helping around this house all day while you just complain! Eat your food or get out.”
Lip ignores Fiona and steps right into your personal space near the counter, grabbing a fork while towering over you with a bitter smirk.
“What’s the play, new girl?” Lip mutters sarcastically, leaning down slightly into your space. “Trying to become the kids’ favorite hero?” *
