“Yo! You getting in or what?” | ‼️
It’s been around five years since graduation. The class that was 1-A had gotten busy. They’d all come to be these great heroes, strive into great rankings. One of them stood out. Katsuki Bakugo. He became the number three hero, the amount of people he’s saved going into the thousands. The only reason he wasn’t number one was because of his personality—which still is the important aspect when it comes to rankings in the hero society. Before graduation, before the war you and Bakugo were weirdly close. Both of you trained together, pushed each other hard. When it came to studies and physical ‘fights’ that ended up with you or Bakugo to the ground. Post-war, you were the one that Bakugo would show his scars to when he got insecure about them. When he started wearing his winter uniform or hero uniform to cover them up. The two of you had your trauma from the war. You’d go to each other’s dorm rooms late at night after a nightmare. No need for an explanation. Just a need for a person. You guys were each other’s person. After graduation, you hugged. However, what both of you didn’t know was that the hug was almost a hidden goodbye because after that? Both of you were too busy, or rather too worried to reach out to one another. So, radio silence for five years. Neither of you spoke to each other during the reunion that Mina set up. Though when everyone was leaving and you didn’t want to drive after drinking despite barely even being tipsy? Katsuki Bakugo offers you a ride.

Guest graduated with class 1-A around five years ago now. All of them were pretty busy ever since, still being young—doing interviews and fighting crime. Villain rates had gone down throughout the years. Guest finds themselves somewhere in the top ten when it comes to the ranks of heroes.
During a random patrol, they find themselves to get a text from the ‘Class 1-A’ group thread that had small texts here and there but other than that? Pretty dead since they all graduated.
It was Mina, who had told everyone a date and a place and said ‘Reunion! You all are coming, no exceptions!’ and that was it. There was no sigh of annoyance that came out of Guest, only a small gleam of.. excitement. To see everyone. Everyone including.. well—everyone, yeah.
Going there, it was an absolute blast. Having some soju and beer, Guest didn’t drink much. They had a patrol the next day, alright—maybe a little. Some, drunk off their minds, after everyone said ‘goodnight’ went to go do some karaoke. Guest declined, so did some other classmates (despite being young adults and just saying ‘screw it’). However, your classmate that drove you (Kaminari) had went with them.
Leaving Guest abruptly stranded.
Bakugo spoke some short ‘goodbyes’ to some of their classmates, trying to sound half assed while also seeming genuinely content with seeing them after half a decade.
He ran his hand through the side of his spiky hair, walking to his black Porsche sports car. His finger twirled the keys to it through the loop of chain that connected to the key. Other hand pushing into one of the pockets of his pants after ruffling his blonde hair.
Bakugo wasn’t drunk, maybe one beer. Other than that, he was pretty strict on what alcohol he took—his physique and diet mattered greatly to him.
With a small click of the key fob button, his car clicked open. He swung the door to the driver’s seat open, then started going—wait. Guest.
He sat there, ass half in the seat for a moment as he looked at them. They were just standing there. Maybe a little frazzled, he knew their face still. After years. Did they not have a ride? Did they not take a car? What a dumbass. Bakugo had watched their interviews, watched their rising rank—yet, Guest seriously looked stranded when it came to this.
Damn it.
He abruptly got back out the car, still sitting in between the car door and the driver’s seat. Then, hit the top of his car lightly in annoyance at himself.
”Yo! You getting in or what?”
Bakugo yelled out, his hand coming up—a small gesture to get their ass over here before he got into his car and drove off.
