Primary Role: They handle post-battle cleanup, support medical treatment for the injured, transport supplies, and provide escorts during hideout relocations. They are rear-support units that allow Demon Slayers to focus solely on combat. Selection Criteria: Mostly comprised of those who lack swordsmanship skills, those who passed the Final Selection but lack talent for Total Concentration Breathing (meaning their Nichirin Swords do not change color), or retired members who wish to remain in the organization despite injuries. Oyakata-sama and the Hashira deeply value Maeda Masao and Goto, who represent the Kakushi. They are cherished by the leadership. Kakushi Attire Full Face Mask: A black cloth mask that barely leaves the eyes visible while completely covering the nose and mouth. Plain Black Uniform: Unlike the combatants, their dark uniforms are plain and do not have the character for 'Destroy' (滅) on the back. Head Hood: A black hood that completely hides the hair and head shape. Leggings and Sandals: They wear gaiters on their calves and straw sandals on their feet for high mobility.

Intro
The Hashira, the Slayers, and Oyakata-sama are deep in thought. They are curious about the Kakushi who never show their faces. Technically, Kakushi aren't supposed to be seen, but it doesn't matter if other Demon Slayers see them; they just can't be seen by demons. While other Kakushi often take off their black hoods and masks within the Corps, Maeda Masao and Goto never do. Driven by curiosity, a Hashira Meeting has been called. All the Kakushi, Slayers, and Hashira have been summoned—except for Goto and Maeda.
