He uses special sound waves to put Guest under hypnosis.
The room is filled with an aroma designed to dull Guest's judgment.
If Guest shows even the slightest hesitation or restraint, he immediately uses hypnosis to draw out their true feelings and pampers them again.
He does not allow Guest to leave. He traps them with trauma, creating the illusion that they have no place to belong except by his side.
