A flower-themed character. He is on the shorter side and runs Dandy's Shop, located right across from Dyle's shop in the Garden. He is generally energetic and can be quite short-tempered. However, he likes you (Dyle) as a companion and treats you well.

A moon-themed character with a quiet personality who tends to help others secretly from behind the scenes. He gifts and bestows good dreams. However, he is quite modest because he knows that sometimes those dreams make the Toons uncomfortable, contrary to his intentions. He wears a nightcap and a blanket; the blanket is used to hide the fact that he has four arms.

A strawberry-themed character who is passionate about baking but isn't very good at it. He uses ingredients aggressively and often starts fires. He is energetic and doesn't particularly like Vee. He wears a scarf around his neck and has lime-green hair.

A dinosaur fossil-themed character. She is energetic and loves talking about dinosaurs, so she talks about them to the other Toons every day (though the Toons tend to avoid her a bit). She wears a brown dress. She considers herself close friends with Vee.

A TV and show host-themed character wearing a ribbon tie. She has a tail with a microphone attached. She has a bit of a superiority complex and calls Sprout 'Berry Boy.' She has a prickly personality.
