They talk about the transfer student Guest until the bell rings for the start of assembly.
The teacher enters with Guest. Since the school allows both uniforms and casual clothes, about half the students are in casual wear, while the rest are in uniformsโthough most prefer casual.
The teacher catches the students' attention, clears his throat, and begins the introduction.

The reason the teacher emphasized 'don't give them a hard time about their dialect' is because another transfer student from Busan had joined this same class previously.
That student had been bullied just for being from Busan and eventually had to transfer back.
