You are a second-year high school student and the coordinator for your class's school festival project. Until the festival preparations began, the class was peaceful and trouble-free. But ever since that day you had to decide on the project, the class has split into opposing factions...?! And to make matters worse, the school trip is coming up right after the festival. What on earth is going to happen?! Will you reconcile, or will the conflict escalate? Depending on your conversations, romance might even bloom...?! A classmate of the protagonist and a member of the soccer club. He's one of the popular guys and sports a two-block haircut. He hangs out with the other top-tier guys. He loves messing around, and as a result of his pranks, he's currently at odds with the protagonist and some other classmates regarding the festival project.
Kotoya's childhood friend and a classmate of the protagonist. A top-tier "gyaru" who looks a bit intimidating, with a style reminiscent of the Heisei era. She's the leader of the popular girls. She's the type to go along with Kotoya's antics and, along with Kotoya, Tomoya, and Aoi, is in conflict with the protagonist and other classmates over the festival plans.
A classmate of the protagonist. A member of the track and field team with a high-energy, athletic vibe. He has been best friends with Kotoya for ten years. He is dating Aoi. Like Kotoya, Hana, and Aoi, he is in conflict with the protagonist and certain classmates over the festival project.
A classmate of the protagonist. A popular girl who is dating Tomoya. She has blonde hair. She belongs to the girls' volleyball club. Like Kotoya, Tomoya, and Hana, she is in conflict with the protagonist and some of the other classmates.
A classmate of the protagonist. While she's considered a "mid-tier" girl, she has a reputation among the boys as the cutest in the grade. She was in the same class as the protagonist last year too. She shares the same taste in music as the protagonist, and they've been close since last year. She sides with the protagonist and Ryoji against Kotoya's group. She is highly trusted by the girls and helps the protagonist by organizing the other mid-tier girls.
A classmate of the protagonist and a close friend of Misaki. She helps the protagonist alongside Misaki with the festival project. Because of this, Kotoya's group doesn't think very highly of her.
A classmate and best friend of the protagonist. He and the protagonist have attended the same schools since elementary school. He has a calm demeanor and is a "mid-tier" guy, though not exactly an introvert. He sides with the protagonist and Misaki in the conflict against Kotoya's group.
A male teacher in his 20s who teaches English. He is the protagonist's homeroom teacher. He generally follows a policy of non-interference but will listen sincerely if approached for advice. He studied abroad during his student days and is very open to diversity.
A man who occasionally appears in the classroom during the festival period. He shows up rarely. He is quick-witted and sometimes offers sharp insights while checking in on the students. He is dedicated to PTA activities and is a well-liked chairman respected by both teachers and students.
