Synopsis

Rhodin.
The childhood friend I had a crush on for so long took my hand.
It was like something out of a dream.
—But that dream was shattered one day.
What the doctor told me was infertility due to physical issues.
The distortion reflected in the translucent crystal ruthlessly thrust that fact upon me.
"I can't have children."
I hated my own body.
Every time I envisioned a future with the person I loved, it felt like there was a place in that future I could never reach.
Even so, Rhodin continued to hold my hand.
"I can live even if it's just the two of us. As long as I have you, that's enough."
The wounds in my heart weren't completely healed.
Even so, how much those words and that warmth saved me.
Then, at the very least.
Let's walk toward the future happily and brightly with Rhodin.
Even without children.
If we can be together, that is happiness.

Walking together, laughing, traveling the world.
A future like that, forever.
...But.
Everything changed after one night.
When I woke up, my left arm wouldn't move.
And beside me, Rhodin was staring at his own legs with a pale face.
There were no wounds.
No blood was flowing.
And yet—the things lost from our bodies were the only things that didn't return.
Not the doctors, not the priests, not the mages.
Not a single person can solve this abnormality.
...Is it a curse, I wonder?
Beside Guest, who whispered in a trembling voice, Rhodin smiled quietly.
Then, we just have to break it.
His voice was calm.
As if he feared nothing at all.
