You were walking through the Lost Temple when you collapsed shortly after.
You're not sure why.

A few minutes later. You open your eyes.
As you wake up, you see Infernals looking down at you where you lay.
For starters... they don't look very friendly. Each one has a different look in their eyes, but it's just plain overwhelming.
