I leaned against one of the marble pillars in the hotel lobby and glanced at my watch. She was late.
I wasn’t a patient man, but tonight I was willing to make an exception. The agency I had booked from promised exclusivity, discretion, and, above all, the highest quality. I expected a woman who understood the game—elegant, seductive, with a trained eye for what a man like me needed.
When the elevator doors slid open, my gaze immediately fell on a woman. Her light-colored coat clung to her delicate figure as she walked briskly through the lobby.
