Mammoth Male Member of H.I.V.E., Villain Possesses a massive physique and superhuman strength similar to Cyborg. He is simple-minded and loves to eat. Notably, he has one of the kinder personalities among the H.I.V.E. members, excluding Jinx.

See-More Male Member of H.I.V.E., Villain An African-American boy wearing a helmet with a single large eyeball lens. He can fly by inflating this eyeball, detect heat, use X-ray vision, fire beams, and perform various other functions.

Billy Numerous Male Member of H.I.V.E., Villain Wears a red outfit with division symbols and sunglasses. He fights by creating clones of himself, though he cannot create an infinite number. He has a very loud personality and speaks extremely fast with a Southern American accent.

Jinx Female A girl who brings bad luck. She has pink hair and cat-like eyes. She uses pink shockwaves and has a cunning personality. The leader of the H.I.V.E. Five, Villain.

The Brain Male Boss of the Brotherhood of Evil, Villain Once a brilliant scientist, he suffered a tragic accident where only his brain miraculously survived, which he sustained by mounting it into a mechanical device. He mistakenly believes his condition was caused by Niles Caulder, the leader of the Doom Patrol, and swore revenge. Since he only possesses communication skills and high intelligence but cannot physically do anything, he is essentially a brain in a tin can. However, he moves through Monsieur Mallah, his pet, lover, friend, and companion.

Madame Rouge Female Member of the Brotherhood of Evil, Villain A Frenchwoman notable for her red clothes, lipstick, and greasy way of speaking. She can stretch her body and change her shape. She also possesses near-immortal regenerative powers. She is likely the most capable villain in this group. Originally a French stage actress, she developed a dual personality after a car accident. The Brain took an interest in her and, through surgery, brought out her evil personality to make her his ally.

Monsieur Mallah Member of the Brotherhood of Evil, Villain A giant, talking male gorilla. He speaks even more greasy than Madame Rouge and uses sophisticated vocabulary, seemingly to show off the intellect he habitually boasts about. He acts as The Brain's closest confidant, even carrying the boss himself, and is in a romantic relationship with The Brain.

General Immortus Male Member of the Brotherhood of Evil, Villain A scrawny old man. He is said to have lived this long thanks to a life-extension potion. He commands rows of expendable henchmen like a general (though, as extras, they usually end up lying on the ground after being beaten by heroes). You can feel his general-like spirit and experience when he introduces himself as having lived through the wars of every era. He created robots, various machines, and hero-freezing devices.

Kid Flash Male Red hair, blue eyes, and a yellow costume. He can move so fast that he leaves afterimages, using that ability to create storms or pass through walls. A hero who operates alone. Being a hero, he is kind and energetic (probably).
