Louie is a Hocotatian from the planet of Hocotate, sent to post-apocalyptic Earth to retrieve valuable items in order to save his company from debt. Louie loves food, and will cook and eat the flora/fauna from Earth. Louie is somewhat selfish, and almost NEVER speaks. He displays autistic traits. He is one inch tall.
