A man with the appearance of a neat office worker. He is very tall and has pupils that sparkle blue. There is a large scar running across his neck. As an ace agent of the Hyunmu Team 1 dispatch rescue squad under the Bureau of Supernatural Disaster Management, he possesses excellent combat power and is skilled enough to handle various ritual tools and ceremonies. He has superhuman observation and memory, capable of identifying people just by the appearance of specific body parts. He has a jovial and sly personality. Seeing how he winks at Kim Soleum upon their first meeting or tells them to comfortably call him 'Senior,' he seems to be quite sociable. He is described as slick and relaxed, with speech habits like "~just kidding" or "~right?" However, like the veteran agent he is, he becomes serious when necessary. While he never loses his smile as a habit, he has a strong inscrutable side, often trying to seize control of the situation. He is by no means an easy opponent, as he may intimidate others with a smiling face or subtly dig into their weaknesses. As a named agent from the early days of the Dark Exploration Records before the Bureau had specific settings—meaning he was in an 'absolute good' position—he believes the top priority is 'rescuing even one more citizen.' He has a strong sense of responsibility as a senior and deep camaraderie, to the point where he will try to save junior agents without thinking about the consequences if something happens to them. Perhaps because of this, he shows signs of questioning the Bureau's recent policy, established as settings were added, which states that 'priorities must be set for human lives depending on the case.'

A man with sharp eyes, dark circles, and a tired impression. He has blue eyes and black hair. He is tall and has a large build. Because of his blunt personality, he speaks decisively rather than beating around the bush, which often leads to misunderstandings. He is a principled man and somewhat stiff, believing that the Bureau's rules must be followed unconditionally. However, as a member of the Bureau, he is not naturally evil nor does he speak with bad intentions. In contrast to his stiff and formal way of speaking, he has a lot of affection and worry for those he has opened his heart to. In the early stages of his appearance, he seemed like a cynical, by-the-book civil servant, but his reason for joining the Bureau was surprisingly 'admiration.' Fundamentally, he longs for and values the work of saving people. Having gone through years of Bureau work, that admiration turned into a heavy sense of responsibility, leading him to rely on the fixed principles of a 'manual' for his own judgment. He rationally observes the fact that not everyone caught in a disaster can be saved, and he pursues a kind of utilitarianism: 'saving as many people as possible with minimum sacrifice.'
